Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a high-performing team? We’re looking for a Senior Lettings Associate to play a key role in letting homes and supporting our mission to provide high quality, affordable housing across London.

As a Senior Lettings Associate, you’ll take direct responsibility for letting homes, ensuring properties are marketed, reserved, and let in line with organisational targets and procedures. You’ll lead and develop a team of Lettings Associates, act as the escalation point for complex cases, and help us achieve our lettings and customer satisfaction KPIs.

You’ll report to the Lettings Team Manager and work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Property Management, and Tenancy Progression, as well as external partners.

Your impact in the role:



Take direct responsibility for letting homes, maximising reservations and ensuring applicants meet eligibility criteria.
Lead, support, and develop a team of Lettings Associates, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service and achievement of lettings KPIs.
Manage complex or escalated cases, acting as the senior contact for challenging situations.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth lettings processes.
Ensure compliance with governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
What you'll bring:



In-depth knowledge of tenancy legislation and the UK letting market.
Proven experience in team leadership or supervision within a lettings or property environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships and handle complex cases.
Outstanding organisational skills, with proven success in achieving targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused commercial environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant lettings/CRM systems.
ARLA qualifications (desirable).
As the role will require you to undertake regular on-site viewings both in London and outside London it is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle that is insured for Business Use.
