Band 4 –Assistant Practitioner
Would you be interested in a career within the NHS as a Nursing Associate?We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join our Rapid Response team in South Bedfordshire.
This highly respected team delivers responsive high quality care to patients in their own homes supporting unplanned care pathways.
We are passionate about patient centered care and support our team to lead and deliver excellent and compassionate care.
You will need to be a motivated and enthusiastic person, who has excellent communication, IT literate and problem solving skills, alongside a passion for patient centered care. You will work corporately within our Rapid Response Team and will be supporting the Nursing team and the wider MDT, to providehigh quality care to housebound residents who live with a wide range of complex health conditions and require urgent or same day attendance.
Experience in the field of adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.

You will have regular supervision, mentorship and support from within the Primary Care Team and the Trust.
The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible and assist colleagues to cover service needs, which will include working across the wider integrated team. Access to a car in order to carry out service duties is essential.
A full induction programme will be provided.
