- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning Support
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A deep understanding of child development and learning theories
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to support teaching and learning
