- Developing and implementing a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with our client's values and objectives
- Conducting regular assessments of the organisation's diversity and inclusion practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing and delivering training programmes to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and promote inclusive behaviours
- Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure diversity and inclusion principles are embedded in all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Monitoring and reporting on diversity and inclusion metrics and providing regular updates to senior management
- Representing our client at external events and conferences related to diversity and inclusion

- A proven track record of leading successful diversity and inclusion initiatives in a corporate setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
