Job Description:

Aspire Information Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly creative and skilled Front-End UI & UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design engaging, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces, improve usability, and deliver seamless end-to-end user journeys. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in digital design, interaction design, and front-end development principles, supported by a solid portfolio of previous work. Familiarity with modern design tools, prototyping software, and web development technologies is essential.

Responsibilities:

Develop user interface designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with business requirements using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, translating insights into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs into the product development lifecycle (SDLC).
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, Less (style sheet language), and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Perform usability testing and user acceptance testing to validate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain information architecture consistency and apply recognised design patterns to enhance user experience.
Analyse data from tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Target to inform iterative improvements on digital interfaces.
Stay current with industry trends in UX/UI design, interaction design, data visualisation, and emerging technologies such as AWS or APIs integration.
