**What You'll Be Doing:**
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse SEN needs
• Work collaboratively with the SENCO and dedicated support staff
• Track pupil progress and adapt strategies using data and observation
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
• Lead EHCP reviews and liaise effectively with families and external agencies
• Use creative resources to unlock every pupil’s potential as a SEN Teacher

**Ideal SEN Teacher For this Brent School:**
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve this
• Demonstrable passion for Special Educational Needs
