What skills and experience we're looking for
This role will involve working with groups of pupils who require specialist support across the curriculum. The successful candidate will benefit from working with a brilliant team who make sure that strong relationships underpin great outcomes for our more vulnerable pupils.
You will be responsible for delivering multisensory learning activities to engage pupils, building on their prior learning to ensure their progress. You will plan, risk assess and deliver activities with small groups of children to augment their core curriculum offer. Some of these activities may be off-site, under the direction of our inspirational SENDCo.
