What skills and experience we're looking for

Cledford Primary Academy and Nursery are looking to recruit an outstanding, inspirational and self-motivated EYFS class teacher to start in January 2026.

This is a temporary role until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate must: -

• have a track record of excellence in their classroom practice;
• demonstrate an excellent understanding of the EYFS statutory framework and handbook;
• have ambition, drive and a passion for learning;
• promote and lead high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour through positive classroom management;
• demonstrate a commitment to raising standards;
• be highly motivated and committed to working as part of a team;
• demonstrate an excellent understanding of the National Curriculum;
• demonstrate a strong commitment to parental and community involvement;
• demonstrate evidence of relevant CPD;
• have a good sense of humour and a hardworking ethos.

• be able to provide exciting and stimulating learning opportunities for all children;
