Education Operations Coordinator (Hybrid) needed in Stratford, £16.18ph PAYE - Reference: 528BC
3 days per week in the office
- To support an effective and efficient operating environment within Education and support operations activities.
- To help champion, utilise and feed into processes, standards and frameworks set by the Global CE Operations.
- To provide administrative support to the Global Heads of Student Mobility & Internationalisation of UK Education and Tertiary Education Partnerships & Science.
- Support the planning and delivery of initiatives to build capability within Education teams
- Support the collation of impact data across Education and provide summary analysis to Education Management team to support decision making and identify action needed
- Use EDI mainstreaming tools and checklists appropriately in developing new processes, policies and initiatives within Education
- Support the delivery of the annual priority work plan for activities within Education Operations so that business objectives are realised in accordance with the overarching BC strategy, global and sector plans
- Provide coordination and support global initiatives as agreed with the Education Operations lead and provide project support for specific programmes/initiatives within Education
- Inclusive Leadership and Management: Volunteer and contribute to EDI related initiatives, tasks, events, research and publications. Celebrate cultural diversity. Avoid prejudgment in assessing performance and capability of others. Recognise incidents of inappropriate or non-inclusive behaviour. Seek to involve others in decision making.
- Support diary and travel arrangements, with a focus on large meetings and external events
- Managing individual participation in key internal and external meetings and events – e.g. providing input into agendas and structure, and liaising with stakeholders for content briefings to ensure attendees are well-prepared
- Leading on planning and support for internal events, staff away days, workshops and other ad hoc meetings in varying locations. Taking minutes and actions for important meetings as needed
- Information management – including document management on SharePoint sites and gathering stories for e.g. reports to trustees
- Maintaining Education organograms and mailing lists of regional contacts
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
