Crynodeb
We require a physiotherapist who can work as a member of our team to meet the complex needs of the patients in our culturally and economically diverse community. The post will attract an effective communicator with some experience in the field of community rehabilitation. The ability to work effectively with all members of the multidisciplinary team is essential. The applicant should have a good working knowledge of the principals of clinical governance. Lone working is an essential part of the role. You will need to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle to complete your visits. The successful applicant will be supported in their personal development, have access to a Preceptorship programme and will receive regular supervision from Senior Physiotherapists. You will also be supported by an in-service training programme to develop in your skills. Please see attached job description and person specification for further details.
