Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a caring and flexible approach. Experience in catering and supervising staff, ideally within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards. Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ Level 2 in Food Production and Cooking.
