Hours: 37 hours per week

As we continue to grow and develop, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our school premises, ensuring that they remain safe, secure and well-maintained for our students, staff and visitors. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Maintaining a clean, safe and secure school premises, including buildings and grounds. Carrying out cleaning, handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage and minor repairs. Supervision of contractors attending for planned and responsive maintenance, and remedial repairs. Promoting health and safety around the school. Essential Requirements: Previous experience in site management, caretaking or maintenance. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site security. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work.
