Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2023, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.We are looking to recruit a Counsellor and Mental Health Lead who will manage the counselling and wellbeing team and support them to provide a comprehensive service which aims to enable students and staff to realise their personal and academic potential.This role will lead on mental health and wellbeing across college and oversee the activity of both the counselling and wellbeing team to ensure activities and resources are developed that support the mental health and wellbeing of students and staff.The successful candidate will hold a diploma or equivalent in Counselling and either hold or be working towards their BACP/UKCP accreditation.
