Crynodeb
We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Transport Reception Team Leader at UCLH in our Transport Department. This is a critical role, leading a team of Patient Transport Liaison Officers/Receptionists based at our main site UCH.
· This role requires a dynamic and collaborative individual who can work in a fast-paced real-time environment managing multiple tasks and leading by example.
· You will be accountable for ensuring that all interactions with Front Desk (FD) team provide a positive and kind experience for patients, carers, general members of the public and internal stakeholders and contacts.
· You will be responsible for the direct line management of the staff on the FD ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to.
· You will provide supervision and leadership in the delivery of a high quality, effective, and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.
You will be supported directly by the Transport Operational Manager and be based at our main UCH site but will be expected to cover all sites when needed and participate in a 7-day rota.
