Summary
Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a proactive and approachable Workplace Assistant to join their Newcastle office on a part-time basis. This role is a key part of the local operational team, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly and provides a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for all employees and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
-Utilise Workplace/Facilities experience to support day-to-day office operations.
-Liaise with service providers and vendors to SMT's and stakeholders.
-Uphold and ensure the compliance (Health & Safety) is adhered to across the site.
-Maintain a high standard for the entire facility and support in arrangements across the site.
-Working closely with the Workplace Coordinator to both resolve issues efficiently and display strong communication skills.
-Ensure all documentation around maintenance, fire safety and business continuity is carried out a professional level.
What were looking for:
-Strong customer focus presence.
-Hands on experience with a drive to support in manual tasks.
-Good administrative background with confidence of data entry.
-Ability to liaise with internal and external teams with great relationship management.
-Some facilities experience would be desirable.
