Exciting opportunity for an experienced manager!
Elderflower Care Services are looking for a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Leicester branch.
This is a key role within our company, and we’re looking for someone who isn’t shy of hard work, thrives under pressure, and genuinely cares about making a difference every single day.
We’re proud of the strong reputation we’ve built for quality, person-centred care across all 3 of our branches and we need a manager who will uphold these high standards, support our brilliant Leicester team, and continue to drive the branch forward.
What we’re looking for:
✨ A motivated leader with experience in domiciliary care management
✨ Someone who is reliable, proactive, and leads by example
✨ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
✨ Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance and quality standards
✨ A real team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed
