Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)

The Best Connection is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in the Daubhill area of Bolton. We are urgently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join a small, established team working in a clean-room environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on your feet for the duration of the shift

  • Handling lightweight products with frequent bending and twisting

  • Carrying out tasks requiring strong manual dexterity

  • Following clean-room hygiene standards, including wearing a hairnet and overalls

Requirements

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience

  • Physically able to perform repetitive, movement-based tasks

  • Comfortable working in a clean-room setting

  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
