Crynodeb
Administrative Support: Provide high-quality, integrated administrative services to the Clinical Governance Team. React to and implement changes as directed by the line manager. Incident and Complaint Management: Support Wards & Departments in identifying learning from incident and complaint data. Maintain and update incident databases, ensuring data validity. Produce weekly and monthly incident trend reports independently. Meeting Coordination: Attend incident and complaint-related meetings. Take minutes, produce action logs, and prepare meeting papers. Communication and Advice: Provide verbal and written guidance to staff on incident reporting procedures. Resolve data quality issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Quality Assurance and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for Quality and Board assurance processes. Contribute to the Trusts evidence of safe, effective, and patient-centred care. 11. COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS The postholder will be required to communicate with all levels of staff across the Trust. They will be required to liaise with external bodies as required.
