Infrastructure Operations Engineer
Location: Leeds
Hours: 4 rotating 12 hours shifts, (8am to 8pm)
Shift Allowance: 10%

What You'll Be Doing
Monitor AWS and on-premise environments to ensure everything is secure, stable, and performing at its best.
Own incidents from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers informed.
Help deploy updates and improvements while following best practices.
Spot trends, prevent problems, and suggest smarter ways of working.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a technical role.
Hands-on knowledge of AWS and Linux OS.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud service management.
Strong communication skills and a logical, problem-solving mindset.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a 24/7 operational environment (like a NOC).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios, Zabbix).
SQL/MySQL administration skills.
Understanding of Agile/DevOps practices.
