Contract: Long-Term (Full Class Teacher Role)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Year 5 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Dartford.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, teaching a lovely class of 30 pupils with the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full class teacher role, including planning, marking, assessments, and parents’ evenings.
The school is well-established with a strong leadership team, excellent resources, and a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Staff are valued and supported, and the pupils are eager to learn and well-behaved.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 5
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to providing engaging, high-quality learning experiences
• Willingness to take on full class responsibilities including parents’ evenings
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
