We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work at the Harbour, with vacancies on various wards. We are looking for forward thinking nurses to join our Harbour team. This is an exciting opportunity and the successful candidate will be part of an evolving service that has the needs of our service users at its heart.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to come and join a forward thinking, dynamic and a constantly developing team. We very much welcome applications from existing RMNs, those due to qualify soon and preceptors.
You will be a Nurse working within a multi-disciplinary team and carry out a diverse range of duties. As a Band 5 Nurse within the team you will be regularly supported and supervised by a nominated Band 6 Nurse Specialist and you will be encouraged to take personal responsibility for clinical supervision and your continued professional development plan.
You will undertake a period of preceptorship overseen by a named Band 6 Nurse Specialist within your team and engage on the trusts Preceptorship programme.
You will actively promote teamwork, respect, integrity, accountability, excellence and compassion within the clinical team in accordance with the Trust values and Code of Conduct. You are required to maintain links with your professional body and provide evidence for the revalidation process.
You will provide nurse leadership within the multi-disciplinary team and ensure the effective assessment, formulation, planning and monitoring of care given to service users.
