We provide care and support for clients in our Care Home in Corringham via single or double handed calls. The service provides care 365 days a year.
We are currently looking for a Medication Support Worker who can work in our Residential Home in Corringham. The role is responsible for ensuring that service users who require medication prompted by our teams have the support they need to order their prescriptions, take the appropriate doses and have support in contacting GP's and Pharmacies in relation to medication needs. The successful candidate will need to have a professional attitude at all times and have knowledge around the understanding of Dementia, Challenging behaviours and Manual Handling - training also provided.
The successful applicant will be required to work a mixture of shifts on a 4-week rota basis which includes, earlies, days, lates and weekends. One weekend in four will find the successful applicant working a split shift on a Saturday.
