Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the recycling project to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Manage and coordinate a team of recycling staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve recycling goals.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and promote effective recycling practices.
Provide training and professional development to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,
Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the recycling or waste management industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of recycling processes and sustainability practices is essential.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.80
