Crynodeb
Our client is seeking a professional and welcoming Corporate Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent opportunity. This role is part of a job share and you will be required to work Mondays and Fridays with flexibility to cover other days when needed. You'll be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a friendly and efficient service that reflects our company values.
Hours are 8am -4pm working Mondays and Fridays (2 days)
Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and manage meeting rooms.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, scanning).
• Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Receptionist
· Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
