Front of House Administrator Winchester £25-£27,000 (DOE)
We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join this successful business in central Winchester. You will play a pivotal role in the team as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. In this role, you'll be the ambassador of the company, delivering an exceptional front-of-house service with professionalism and a welcoming touch.
Your day will be varied: answering calls, greeting guests, keeping client areas pristine, and coordinating catering for meetings and events. You'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every visitor leaves with a positive impression.
This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday 9-5pm and at times 8-4pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the voice of the business: Answer calls promptly, transfer them efficiently, and leave every caller with a positive experience.
- Create a great first impression: Welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Keep things running seamlessly: Inspect meeting rooms and client spaces throughout the day to ensure everything is immaculate and fully operational.
- Coordinate with teams: Manage meeting room bookings, arrange equipment, and organise catering.
- Bring events to life: Act as the go-to person for in-house events, liaising with hosts and support teams.
- Stay organised: Keep marketing materials and legal notices up to date
- Support smooth operations: Work with Facilities to arrange contractors and manage invoices.
- Administration tasks as and when including diary management and car park rotas.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar role (Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential).
- Adaptability, you'll juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and external partners.
- Excellent verbal communication and a professional, approachable manner.
