The Role
We are currently seeking a Planning Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of installations while maximising revenue and optimising resources. At all times providing first class service to our customers to ensure that installations are completed within agreed timescales and to Anglian's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilise the I-planner effectively to optimise the productivity of installation teams.
• Plan and schedule installations in line with regional revenue targets and customer expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication between Customers, Installers, and Field Managers.
• Coordinate and organise 3rd party trades and specialist materials or equipment.
• Manage installation snagging through immediate setup of calls and record relevant details.
• Prepare job packs and ensure their timely deployment to installers.
• Review and process installation remakes as required.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in planning and scheduling, ideally in the home improvement industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective coordination between various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and adherence to operational and Health & Safety policies.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to maximize resources and revenue.
• Valid driver's licence to travel as required within the region.
