Your new company
Hays have partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands, dedicated to helping people embrace healthier habits and elevate their everyday experiences. Their product portfolio spans two key categories and is looking to expand even further.
Your new role
I am looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid performance across all digital channels. You'll work closely with senior leadership to scale customer acquisition through structured testing, creative strategy, and precise campaign execution. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where ideas, execution, and accountability matter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
- Managing budgets and performance KPIs to ensure profitable growth.
- Leading creative testing and collaborating with design/content teams to refine ad storytelling.
- Driving conversion optimisation through landing page testing and funnel improvements.
- Reporting on acquisition metrics and performance insights using dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Exploring emerging channels and supporting Amazon Ads as part of the growth mix.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth D2C environment or agency.
- Proven ability to scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and ad platforms.
- Experience with creative A/B testing and translating insights into performance gains.
- Understanding of Shopify and conversion rate optimisation best practices.
- A proactive, structured, and results-driven approach with a bias for execution.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
What you'll get in return
- The opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands.
- A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and execution make a real impact.
- Exposure to multi-brand growth strategies across innovative product categories.
- Continuous learning and development within a passionate, long-term-focused team.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
