Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and qualified electrician to join our dynamic team. The role involves undertaking all aspects of electrical installations, LED lighting projects, minor works, and testing & inspection where applicable. You will work on projects across retail, industrial, commercial, and government sectors, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Install LED lighting and electrical systems to specification.
-Collaborate with the Lighting Project team, sub-contractors, and Project Manager to meet project deadlines.
-Work from electrical drawings, including installation diagrams, circuit layouts, and schematics.
-Deliver a first-time quality installation with minimal rework.
-Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
-Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
-Maintain responsibility for company vehicle and materials.
-Adapt to technical changes and attend training as required.
-Undertake additional duties as instructed by the Project Manager.
Requirements
-Qualifications:
-Fully qualified to 18th Edition IEE Regulations (2383-18).
-2391-52 Test & Inspection (desirable, training provided).
-SSSTS Accreditation (desirable, training provided).
-Skills & Experience:
-Knowledge of EV charging units (desirable, training provided).
-IPAF & PASMA certifications (desirable, training provided).
-Ability to work nights and stay away from home (Mon-Fri).
-Comfortable working at heights (up to 3m) and lifting up to 25kg.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Full UK driving license.
-Personal Attributes:
-Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
