Summary

Our Children and Young People’s Outpatient Department is designed with the needs of our patients in mind. We care for a diverse group of patients, from neonates to teenagers, with a wide range of conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, we uphold the Trust’s values of compassion, openness, and trust in everything we do.
About the Role
• Assist in delivering high-quality, personalised care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
• Carry out delegated clinical tasks and maintain patient safety within the clinic.
• Interact with children, young people, and families in an age-appropriate and supportive manner.
• Measure and record clinical observations, escalating concerns in line with policy.
• Work within the Trust’s safeguarding framework, following all relevant policies and procedures.
