Garden Centre Team Members Grotto
Full & Part Time Hours Per Week Including Weekends.

Not only do we aim to deliver a great experience for children & adults in our Grotto’s, but we go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience too.
We are looking for Team Members to help out in our Grotto; you will be the heart of our operations and ensuring customers have the best experience in store.
Must enjoy working with children, must be cheerful and enthusiastic about Christmas and wanting to make sure everyone enjoys the experience.
Must be able to work weekends.
Welcoming adults and children to go through the grotto to meet Santa, working with Santa in his room with handing out the presents, greeting everyone at the entrance and working in the photo hut
Skills required:
Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn.
Team player.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good time keeping
Duties will include:
Meeting and Greeting children
Answering any questions
Helping out Santa.
Quality customer service.
Handing out presents
