The Role
We have a great opportunity within the Corporate Services team for someone ready to embrace a new challenge as an Administration Assistant.

As Administration Assistant, you will closely communicate and work with the administrative team to provide clerical, administrative and operational support for the Trust, using Oracle purchasing and ASH invoicing systems, Excel for data entry and reports, reception tasks, dealing with public and staff enquiries and requests etc. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, effective and timely communication while dealing with the tasks.

This post is for 14.4 hours per week with Friday morning being a requirement, the remaining hours are open to discussion.

About You
You will have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and as a part of a small team.
