We are seeking a Facilities Manager to enhance and transform our client and sub-tenant workplaces across the Andover site.
This role is pivotal in delivering a consistent, high-quality workplace experience and managing all Facilities Management (FM) services.
You will ensure the implementation of existing concepts such as touchpoints and team boards, while driving workplace changes and improvements.
Job Description
As the main point of contact for stakeholder engagement, you will work in line with client and ISS values to create seamless service experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.
Every interaction should be calm, confident, and proactive, reflecting our commitment to service excellence and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily FM operations across the Andover site.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.
Oversee security and cleaning teams to maintain site standards.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and building regulations.
Monitor service performance, SLAs, and implement improvements.
Proactively resolve issues and take ownership of workplace challenges.
Support and deliver workplace changes and enhancements.
Maintain accurate records, inductions, and documentation for compliance.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and take ownership.
Strong customer-facing experience within Facilities Management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing Front of House, Reception, and Security services.
Collaborative team player with experience in contract/project environments.
