Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
- Working as part of a team in fast-paced kitchens
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed
- Supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
- Adapting to different kitchen environments and menus
· Overseeing the kitchen team
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous chef or cook experience in a commercial kitchen (essential)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
- Ability to hit the ground running in new environments
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexibility to work various shifts and locations
