Contract: Temp to Perm (after 2 terms)

We are seeking a committed SEN Supply Teacher to join a supportive, collaborative team in Chiswick. This full‑time role begins in December and offers the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent after two successful terms.

You will be teaching a small, highly able class of up to 8 pupils (Years 3-6), supported by one full‑time TA. The class includes one non‑verbal pupil, and you will be responsible for planning and preparation to ensure all learners are engaged and progressing. Pupils present with ASD and some challenging behaviours, so strong behaviour management and inclusive practice are essential.

What We're Looking For
- UK teaching experience with QTS
- A valid DBS on the Update Service
- Experience in SEN settings, or mainstream teachers with SEN experience/interest in transitioning into SEN
- Outstanding behaviour management skills and a child‑centred approach
- Desirable: Knowledge or training in PECS, Makaton, ABA, or TEACCH
