About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Student Administration Team within Academic Registry for Post Graduate Research. This is a critical role in the administration of the key aspects of the student lifecycle.

The successful candidate will support Senior Academic colleagues in the implementation and delivery of student experience excellence. You will be involved with supporting the processes, procedures and delivery of a suite of academic programmes, effective student support provision, supporting the development of policies, regulations and processes as they relate to the student environment, ensuring each student has the appropriate support services in place.

About you:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. You will be an effective negotiator and influencer with excellent people management skills.

You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to resolve complex situations and have significant administration experience.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent experiential learning is essential for this role.
