Position Overview:
The Stow Launderette is seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Part-Time Attendant to join our small, dedicated team. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day running of the launderette, providing excellent service to customers, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment for a range of textiles and garments
Provide helpful and friendly assistance to customers using self-service and drop-off laundry options
Handle customer queries, payments, and service requests professionally
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and general presentation of the shop
Support the team by covering staff holidays and additional shifts when needed

Part-time position with weekday and weekend shifts available
Flexible hours with opportunities to cover staff holidays
Work within a supportive, community-focused environment
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in laundry or cleaning services is preferred, but not essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with attention to detail
