Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, varied environment and can bring confidence and positivity to the classroom. You’ll need excellent behaviour management skills, strong communication and organisational abilities, and the ability to engage students across different subjects and year groups. Experience working with young people (11–18) is desirable, and GCSEs in English and Maths are preferred. If you’re enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to helping students succeed, this role could be the perfect fit. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but you do need to be adaptable, professional, and ready to take responsibility for a class. This is an ideal stepping stone for anyone considering a career in education—we’ll support you with training and development opportunities.
