What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a teacher to provide high quality, supportive, engaging, teaching for the pupils in our school. The ideal candidate should be committed to raising standards in our forward thinking, happy and hardworking school.
We are seeking an individual who:
• Is passionate about teaching children in EYFS
• Understands the EYFS Statutory Framework
• Is interested in education and impacting on the lives of children
• Is determined to make every day count for our children
• Has high aspirations for every child and firmly believes that every child can achieve
• Has very good interpersonal skills and can work effectively as part of a team within our EYFS unit and the wider school
• Has a strong pedagogical knowledge
• Has a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
• Has enthusiasm, energy, integrity and professionalism
• Is a team player
Your core duties will be:
• Being an excellent EYFS classroom practitioner who strives to be the best they can be and provide a world class education for our children
• Contributing positively to the Foundation Unit as a whole
• Playing a wider role in school life to help us make our school the best it can be
