What skills and experience we're looking for
We welcome applications from excellent teachers who have:
• Excellence classroom practice and are able to adapt teaching to meet need.
• Experience of supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, including strategies for self-regulation and resilience.
• Experience in designing and delivering bespoke, nurturing curricula for pupils who may be working below age-related expectation and require personalised learning pathways.
• The ability to create communication-friendly and emotionally supportive environments.
• The ability to adapt teaching for pupils with SEND and EAL, ensuring inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
• SENDCo experience welcome but not essential.
