Crynodeb
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our GP Practice team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and efficient management of patient data and supporting clinical teams with patient care. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing referrals, clinical coding, managing patient information requests, using reporting systems to monitor and manage patients with certain conditions, and speaking to patients to help them access NHS services and digital tools such as the NHS App.
