We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Parts Advisor working within an Automotive Multi-Site Dealership in the Chandler's Ford area.
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Parts Advisor/Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Requirements:
- An experienced Senior Parts Advisor with a previous working experience in a busy Parts Department and looking for career progression.
- A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
- An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems
Duties:
- Providing expert parts advice to customers in person and over the phone.
- Managing parts inventory and ensuring stock levels meet demand.
- Supporting the team to deliver top-quality customer service.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient parts orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Requirements:
- Experience in a similar Parts Advisor role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this Senior Parts Advisor position is up to £29,500 with an OTE of £36,000.
Hours of work in this role are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch) with flexibility on Start & Finish times.
