Glen Group are actively recruiting for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager, to join our well-established and growing cleaning business in the Stoke-On-Trent, Stafford & Crewe area to assist our Contract Cleaning Manager with our on-site cleaning teams over a portfolio of averagely 30 prestige sites.
Due to the different shift times within the portfolio, You must be available to work Monday to Friday, for an average of 35 hours per week, between the hours of 5am and 9pm at £14 per hour.
You will need a Full UK Driving Licence to be successful within this role, as you will be provided with a Company Vehicle.
You will also be supplied with a Company Mobile Phone, Full Training & full Uniform.
An Enhanced DBS is required to be ran on the successful candidate, this will be applied for by Glen Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cover cleaning, short notice sickness, + holidays.
• Planning site visits
• Planning staff holidays.
• Dealing with on-site issues
• Correcting issues
• Carrying out onsite cleaning Audits with our clients.
• Communication with our clients.
• Visiting our on-site cleaning teams
• Communication with our staff
• Training new starters.
• Refresh training all staff
• Be flexible on working times.
• Working closely with our Area Manager.
Experience is required and essential within the cleaning industry and supervision.
