Our client who are an innovative and family run business based in Stonehouse, have an exciting opportunity for Operations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great time to join the company as they have exciting future expansion and growth plans!

The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to own the operational administration, keeping a tight ship and grow with a rapidly changing business.

Responsibilities:
- Support the installations manager with warranty claims as required, including delivery coordination, the checking of goods against purchase orders, keeping customers updated, and scheduling installations appointments
- Data entry for insurance registrations
- Handle all enquiries with one touch contact, via the telephone wherever possible
- Scheduling quotes, technical survey and showroom appointments
- Input data into the systems to generate detailed supplier and customer quotes, technical survey sheets, order forms and picking notes
- Cross check documents during customer’s sales journey and resolve any inaccuracies

- Support with deliveries, including coordination, checking goods off against purchase orders and keeping customers up to date as required, and scheduling installation appointments
- Provide quotes to customers

Candidate Attributes:
- Proactive and adaptable with a “can do” attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiastic and methodical approach to learning
- Able to work independently following an initial training period
- Driving licence required

Hours – Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

Salary – £26,000 + free onsite parking
