As a Cleaning Team Leader at Sodexo, based at RAF Benson, Ewelme, Wallingford OX10 6AA, You will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all. This site serves as home to our armed forces personnel, and your work will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on those you meet, while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of their surroundings.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.
What You Bring:
Experience in cleaning or a supervisory role, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
A team player who takes direction and supports others.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
Please note you will need a Driving License and be over 25 for this role
