We're seeking compassionate caregivers in Shepperton and surrounding areas to join our team. You'll provide personalised in-home care, helping clients live independently with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care and support as outlined in individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication administration, and light household tasks.
- Respect customer privacy, dignity, and independence at all times
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Professional, empathetic, and respectful
- Previous care experience preferred (not compulsory)
- Reliable, committed, and passionate about care work
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Access to own car desirable (not compulsory)
