• Day shifts: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Waking night shifts: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (enhanced rates apply)

In this role, you’ll be supporting four fantastic individuals with learning disabilities, helping them lead active, fulfilling lives. Each person we support has access to their own vehicle to promote independence, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
The individuals you’ll support love getting out and about, whether it’s day trips, scenic beach walks, strolls around the local area, or meals out. If you enjoy being active and making a real difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you!
What is the role?
As a Support Worker, you’ll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day support, including:
Administering medication
Preparing meals and supporting with mealtimes
Laundry and household cleaning
Accompanying on shopping trips and running errands
Supporting relationships with friends, family, and the local community
Taking part in leisure activities, such as swimming, cinema trips, and days out
Advocating for their needs, preferences, and choices
Providing personal care, with dignity and respect
Assisting with manual handling as required
Providing digital (computer-based) administrative support as a key worker
Skills & Experience:
Experience working with people or customers
Experience working as part of a team
IT, Literacy and numeracy skills
Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing development will be provided to help you succeed.

What are the pay and benefits?
Competitive salary of £24,531.00 FTE (£12.75 per hour)
Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift
Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
Enhanced DBS which we will pay for
26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 27 days after 1 years’ service or cash equivalent of 1 days’ annual leave
Pension scheme.
Sick Pay, rising with length of service up to 6 months full pay after 4 years
Bespoke learning pathway with the support from an experienced Learning and Development team
Wellbeing and psychological support and access to the Time for Talk counselling service
Colleague Discount platform + Blue Light Card Eligibility giving discounts at 15,000 brands
