Our award-winning Pollok team (Care Inspection Grade 6 – Excellent & Team of the Year 2025) provides person-centred support to individuals who are primarily deafblind with complex needs.

No two days are the same—think swimming, walks, meals out, and adventures! You’ll work 1:1, building strong relationships and supporting with daily living, health, and community activities.

What’s the shift pattern?

We’re currently recruiting for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team offering weekly hours ranging from 28 to 35 hours with a mix of shift types designed to support the unique needs and routines of the people we support. Shifts may include:

>Day shifts: 07:30 - 14:30
>Late shift: 14:30 – 21:30
>Mid shift: 09:00 – 17:00 or 12:00 – 20:00 - dependent on the activity the ladies have planned e.g.: it could be a concert they are attending.

Flexibility is key, and we’ll work with you to ensure a fair and balanced rota.
