Key Responsibilities Service Delivery: Work closely with the operational team and clinicians to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the service. Supports clinical triage of referrals if the need arises. Education & Training: Organise and support the delivery of educational sessions for our clinicians and HCPs in Haringey and Islington. Attend and support the delivery of bi-monthly menopause meetings and share the learning with the wider team. Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement: : Provide feedback to clinicians in a supportive and collaborative manner (quarterly patient feedback, consultation audits, follow up rates) Complaints and Incident Management: Supports the investigation of incidents and complaints in the service. Data Analysis and management: Use EMIS searches and reporting tools to monitor service performance and implement necessary improvements. Update clinical and admin templates in EMIS and IPLATO. Quarterly Clinical Meetings: Prepares the agenda and topics as well as the report for the bi annual clinical governance meeting as well as chairs the meetings. Clinician rotas and oversight of trainees: oversee the GPWER and Consultant Rota, support the induction and rota of GP trainees in the service. AI and Automation: Supports clinicians to use AI scribe tools as well as keeps up to date with the development of AI tools in clinical practice. Provides clinical input into the development of robotic automation tools. CQC Preparation: Works closely with the service manager and the IGPF Lead nurse on the CQC readiness of the service. The key responsibilities may change and evolve to meet service needs. This is a development role which will enable an aspiring clinical lead to understand leadership and service management processes, supported by the existing clinical lead, the operational team, and the wider leadership team at IGPF.
