Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme starting in January 2026.
Your Role
Support pupils with SEN in classroom and 1:1 settings.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans.
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience working in schools, care, or other relevant settings.
A patient, empathetic approach and strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
