  • Create a safe, inclusive classroom where children feel valued and motivated
  • Deliver the KS1 curriculum with energy and adaptability to meet diverse needs
  • Encourage positive behaviour and routines that promote independence and respect
  • Contribute to wider school life and foster a team-focused culture
  • Celebrate each child's achievements and nurture their individual growth

  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective planning/assessment skills
  • A caring, adaptable teaching style with excellent behaviour management strategies
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Availability to start in January and remain until the end of the academic year

  • Competitive pay rates reflective of your experience and responsibilities
  • Access to training opportunities and teaching resources to support your practice
  • Simple systems to help manage your workload and wellbeing
  • Guidance and ongoing support from your dedicated Hays consultant
  • Placements in schools that align with your teaching ethos
